Sending resumes, but not receiving invitations for interviews?

Going to interviews, but getting no job offers?

Everything I do - I believe in.

I arrived in Canada as a Human Resources professional, and despite my limited English proficiency at that time, I was able to re-enter the industry and establish a career here.

I believe that my mix of knowledge, experience and skills is unique. I can help you to achieve your dream of a job and career in Canada by offering services that will help you to feel more confident with your job search, job interviews, resumes and cover letters.

I know both sides of the story: the story of an immigrant looking for a job and the story of a recruiter working in a Canadian company. I have learned from the best and developed my own methods to recognize what works. This has enabled me to make my dreams come true and to bring more meaning into my life. Recruitment, coaching candidates through their job search and helping others is my passion. I believe I can help others to succeed in Canada.

This consultation will help me to determine whether we can work together.

  • Help with your resume and cover letter. How`s my resume service different from others? - you are investing in yourself.

About Anna

As an HR Professional in Canada, I worked in a unionized logistics company for a few years and am now working in the agricultural industry. I am accountable for recruiting both professionals and labour employees and work closely with middle managers and senior executives regarding recruitment and all other aspects of Human Resources.

I finished a Human Resources program here in Canada at Simon Fraser University and pursued a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. It taught me about Canadian legislation related to all parts of the human resources job, including legal requirements for recruitment (including interviews), the hiring process, job contracts, labour law and employment standards, terminations of employment, etc.

I am now enrolled in the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation program with The National Payroll Institute of Canada. It gives me a good understanding of the behind-the-scenes of the employees' payroll: statutory deduction, taxable benefits, health benefits, CPP and RRSP, etc.

You can expect the service of more than just a recruiter but a full-circle HR professional.
